Our origins
Founded on January 4th 2018, Monthause Unipessoal Lda. began it's activity in the private and public civil construction sectors, through the entrepreneurial spirit of its founder, António Paulo Pereira Monteiro, who has extensive experience and knowledge in these sectors, both in the European and African markets.
More recently, in 2023, the company expanded its scope of activity to real estate brokerage, in order to diversify its offer and meet all its clients' needs.
With actions based on relationships of trust, respect and open communication with all customers, suppliers and employees, combined with the use of innovative construction methods and solutions adapted to each project, Monthause Unipessoal Lda. aims to become a company recognized not only for the quality of its practices, but also for its proximity to its stakeholders.
